Mail Programs

I have received some great input from various people on different mail programs they use to send out there "Thank You" letters. I have listed them below with their hyper-links at the bottom of this site.

**Free Mail Programs**

Mindcast (beta version) - Although this can be a little slow it does have everything needed to send your letters out. It will allow you to import your email addresses, remove duplicates, save your messages for future mailings and shows sent and not sent. This program is also Field customizable. So those of you that have the Linkplace pages can choose to have your email list sent to you including the URL and Catagory the people submitted to and then set up mailcast to put those in your letters automatically.

Pegasus - This is similar to Mailcast but runs faster. I have not had a chance to try this program myself but has come highly recomended by Kurt Deardorff. Thank you Kurt.

Eudora Lite - Another program I haven"t had a chance to try but comes highly recomended for Mac users by Jack Herbert. Thank you Jack.


**Not So Free Mail Programs**

Extractor - You can download a demo version of this program for free but it costs $99 for the full version. From what I can see this will do a good job taking care of removes and duplicates and allow you to keep databases.

Eudora Pro - Similar to Eudora Lite but allows you to keep your messages on file.
