I am giving away office suites...Now What?

The Personal Touch

Nothing makes someone feel they have done the right thing more than to have a real person contact them and welcome them. Offering assistance in areas they may need it.

There are two ways to do this but it is highly recommended that you do both.

First:
Start off with a welcome letter introducing yourself. By clicking on the Letters button you can see a sample welcome letter. Feel free to use that one or write your own. Be sure to add your personal information if you use the sample.

Second:
Call them.
You receive their phone number in the congratulations letter you get from MyFreeOffice. Put it to good use.
By calling them you are letting them know you are truly intersted in how well they do.

They may only be interested in our free premium services and you can help them through that process by helping with the demographics questionnaire at http://www.gtminet.net/aemds/Subscribers/SubLogin.asp?ISP=42. Once this questionnaire is completed it will point them to a site where they can fill out a form to have our call center call them. By filling out this form they will have our free premium services for seven days. Once our call center reaches them they will permanantly have these services. They must put in accurate information for this to work.

It is also a great time to tell them about the business opportunity at MyFreeOffice.

Not everyone will upgrade, but by showing them you care, more will upgrade than if you ignored them. And the ones that do not upgrade at this time will be more inclined to do so at a later date.
